Biden signs what he’s TOLD to sign. Just like he does whatever else he’s TOLD to do. He is not and engaged President in any shape, form or fashion. Whatever you’re thinking about possible vetos or legislative action, it isn’t at the behest of Biden. More like those that control him.
BTW, Your Biden believes WWIII can be avoided if we simply send more money to The Zelensky. Explain your position.
