Two bodies found in an eastern Bexar County home are believed to be connected to a series of shootings in Austin that left four people dead and injured three people, including two law enforcement officers.
Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said his office received information from the Austin Police Department around 7 p.m. Tuesday indicating a home in the 6400 block of Port Royal might be linked to the suspect accused of killing four civilians and injuring a cyclist, an Austin Independent School District officer and an Austin Police Department officer.
Shane James Jr., 34, was charged with capital murder of multiple people and booked into the Travis County Jail at 1:32 a.m.

Would that be six dead? Or counting the two found bodies plus two others.
We may be looking at domestic violence by one man trying to get rid of a bunch of kin spread out in south Texas.
Interesting - he’s not one of the usual suspects here in Bexar County.

Just about right now, his lawyer is telling him:
“Shane, the way I see it, you have two options, and neither is what we call good, you can be sentenced to death by a Travis County jury or you can be sentenced to death by a Bexar County jury. Which do you prefer?”
I tried looking this guy up. He set my Gaydar off.
Still havenโt seen a police photo of this guy, and search results are ambiguous (although I refuse to use Google search).

I think Bexar County has a REAL prosecutor who still prosecutes murderers.
So, he should choose Travis County. They might just turn him loose.
He is in Travis County and with the first shot at trial, will have no problem sentencing him to death.
A few weeks ago they convicted the woman who murdered the bike racer and it took all of 2 hours of deliberation.
They gave her 90 years without blinking.
Can you specify the Texas Constitution or State Legislature law giving the Texas Organizing Project authority to release individuals from jail? Also, which governor endorsed this liberating legislation?
