A suspect has been captured and charged in the Florida shooting during Halloween fun early Sunday that left two dead – including a 14-year-old boy — and more than a dozen wounded, police said.
Tyrell Stephen Phillips, 22, was charged with second-degree murder in the aftermath of the bloodshed, Tampa police announced Sunday afternoon.
Authorities have not identified the two fatal victims but were both males — ages 14 and 20.

Yes but also bring back men in the homes.
We are facing a crisis of “strong independent” single mothers especially in the black community (7/10). However I think Native Americans (4/10), Hispanics (4/10) and whites (3/10) are catching up.
Always wondered why they think they are strong and independent when about 12 of 25 million children of single mothers are kept out of poverty by government assistance.

14 year old on the streets at 3AM and his dad is lamenting that his second son was shot? I feel his pain and plainly see his responsibility.
Parental apathy and absence, deferring to schools for rearing and indoctrinating children. An established recipe for societal collapse.
I’ve seen videos from the scene at the time the shooting occurred.
If those videos are legit, there were cops at the scene when this happened.
If that’s the case, then what in Hades was LE doing?
Fathers cannot be forced to be in their homes.....it’s natural for certain groups to let the welfare system raise their kids. And having children guarantees them an income....it’s their way of life.
