Fathers cannot be forced to be in their homes.....it’s natural for certain groups to let the welfare system raise their kids. And having children guarantees them an income....it’s their way of life.
I think certain things can be done to induce them. For example the ass Lyndon Johnson started much of the mess with his great society. He gave more money/benefits to single mothers so what happened? Fathers were not needed as a matter of fact it disincentivized them being around.
So just reduce the benefits slightly to single mothers and increase benefits to families with both parents. Or here is an idea…just drop the welfare state.
Of Course we both know a system that doesn’t have enough backbone to protect its own borders won’t have the guts to anger potential voters by reducing benefits even if it would be beneficial in the long run.
