Fathers cannot be forced to be in their homes.....it’s natural for certain groups to let the welfare system raise their kids. And having children guarantees them an income....it’s their way of life.
You are correct. The Aid for Dependent Children welfare system keeps this all in place. It needs to end so this endless run of fatherless children stops — black — white — yellow — green — color is not the issue. It is women choosing this life.
