There was a poignant moment at the end of President Biden’s Oval Office address about the need for American aid to Ukraine and Israel. Biden shifted slightly in his chair, pointed with a finger for emphasis, and spoke about the historic role of America as the “essential nation” and the “beacon to the world.”
Biden, who had just returned from Israel, believes that to the marrow of his bones. What made the moment poignant was a sense that he was pleading with the American people to believe it, too.
Biden rhetorically asked, “Why does this matter to America?” and answered that dictators and terrorists will not relent until they pay a price for their aggression. But increasingly, Americans are answering, “It shouldn’t matter to us.”

Well after four long years with Whomever’s Sockpuppet ‘at the helm’, the United States will no longer be the “essential nation”.
In my opinion China is now or will be by January 2025, the “essential nation”.
The US will probably be about 3 or 4 on that “Essential” list.
America was a beacon to the world because of our limited government, free economy, and explicit Christian morality. It made us strong, which made us "essential."
The words have now become merely a stupid slogan to be used in emails and presentations in Washington DC. The people who now rule over America from Washington DC inherited this power, did nothing to earn it, and arrogantly believe their central-planning, social-engineering and political scheming is the source of USA's power.

Not only is America not “essential” anymore. Other nations would do well to take note of what we’ve become and figure out a way to keep us the hell away from them.
Using the term, PRESIDENT, rather loosely, of course.

America is a beacon to the world BY EXAMPLE, not by carrying every other country on our shoulders. We can’t afford to spend hundreds of billions of tax payer dollars to everyone who wants our money.
