I’m not a big fan of Putin, but that being said it seemed to
me he appeared puffy in the face at times over the last year
or so. It looked like he was retaining water and not in the
best of health. This report doesn’t surprise me. I’ve been
wondering if we wouldn’t see something like this. Finally it
