My cell phone went alert. Nothing else did. I didn’t have any TVs on. My computers didn’t do squat either.
I was streaming a radio station online and heard their alert.
Only difference from the usual was that they said it was nationwide.
Had my phone off.
Do I think that the government is listening actively to me? Probably not.
But why let any opportunity go to waste?

That song’s amazing. That album is 1972 and the movie Network was 1976. Guess The Tubes were mad as hell before Howard Beale was.

Remote Control came out in ‘79. The whole album is very good. It was co-produced by Todd Rundgren, and some consider it to be their best album.
Why did the test first send the message in Spanish? it was 30 seconds or so before it was sent in English.
