Former President Donald Trump this week said that if he is elected president next year, he would invoke a 1798 law to expel illegal immigrants and launch major deportation operations.
“Following the Eisenhower Model, we will carry out the largest domestic deportation operation in American history,” Trump said during a speech in Dubuque, Iowa, according to Fox News. According to ABC, a program to remove illegal immigrants that took place during the Eisenhower administration in the 1950s resulted in the deportation of about 1 million illegal immigrants.
“I will bring back the travel ban and expand it even further to keep radical Islamic terrorists out of our country,” Trump said, referring to a ban he instituted to limit entry into the United States from several Muslim-dominated countries.
Trump said that his goal is to keep those seeking to undermine America out of the country.
“I will also use existing federal law to deny entry to all communists and Marxists to the United States,” he said, adding, “Those who join our country must love our country — and we are going to keep foreign Christian-hating communists, Marxists, and socialists the hell out of America.”
Trump framed the 2024 presidential election as “our final battle.”
“With you at my side, we will demolish the Deep State, we will expel the warmongers from our government, we will drive out the globalists, we will cast out the Communists, Marxists, and Fascists, we will throw off the sick political class that hates our country, we will rout the fake news media, we will defeat Joe Biden, and we will end illegal immigration once and for all,” Trump said.

Well this right here will win him the election....unless, of course, the dems get their way and those very illegals are casting ballots. And likely more than one per person.

I’ve said for years there is no way you can control illegal immigration unless some number of millions of illegals are sent back.
Let’s remember that Biden is on track for bringing in 12 million or more.
One thing this shows is the laws are already on the books.

But at the same time, they (the government and people in the government) pick and chose which laws they want to enforce thereby nullifying the laws that they don't like.
They choose not to enforce our immigration laws and so the immigration laws are worthless and useless.
Wouldn't be nice to chose not to pay taxes or abide by the speed limits because I don't like them. Never mind my justification I just don't like them. I wish I could willy-nilly issue an EO allowing me to not pay taxes.
The real issue here is that Congress cannot get off of their rears and do something about the immigration problem. It is their responsibility and yet they refuse to do anything. Maybe by not doing anything, they have “spoken” on the issue. Doing nothing is a choice.

Andrew Jackson had the same problem with judges..and we know what happened next.
When they come to the hospitals, not only deny them care but call ICE and have them deported.
When they enroll in the public education system, deny them entry, and call ICE to deport them.
Have ICE go where the illegals gather to get jobs; gather them up and deport them.
Deny them license to drive. When they come to the DMV, call ICE and deport them.
Basically, make it known that whenever they show up, they will be gathered up and deported. Eventually, they will start deporting themselves.
No one breaks into the amusement park when the rides are closed.
