A New York judge on Tuesday found former President Trump liable for fraud, handing a major legal victory to New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) in her sprawling civil case over Trump’s businesses.
New York Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron granted James’s request to find Trump liable for the first of seven causes of action she has accused him of in the lawsuit.
Engoron simultaneously denied Trump’s demand to toss the entire suit without trying the case. The non-jury trial on the remaining matters is set to begin Monday, barring Trump’s separate, last-minute effort for a delay.
Engoron also granted James’s request to sanction five of Trump’s lawyers for bringing up already-dismissed arguments in court, ordering them to pay a $7,500 fine each.

Are any of those estimates off by 50-100%? Are your clients securing loans based on the incorrect values of the property? If so, are you not concerned by this?
Not that he just ran for President in the past, but that he is running for President in the present at the worst possible time when the US government is under enemy occupation. Pray for him because the odds against him succeeding are astronomical.

Anybody who has been watching and following along knows he has been the subject of investigation for years, been involved in hundreds of court cases and litigation, had many bankruptcies and so many employees turn against him. I think it is considerably inaccurate to say "he had not been investigated". The best fact-based, referenced history of all of this New York career, in detail, undeniable (unless one is in a cognitively dissonant cult), would be: "The Making of Donald Trump" (2017), David Caye Johnston (Pulitzer)

The irony of this is the fact that Trump saved down town NY when it was falling apart. How many of those beautiful high rises did he build. I read “The Art of the Deal” and I believe him. He saved the Ice skating lake. I can’t recall all the things he did for that city is unbelievable, and NY loved him back in his NY days. The dam fools deserve the fall of their big garbage dump.

The other day the Hussein / Biden Regime attacked SpaceX / Musk for not hiring foreigners (amnesty seekers, asylum, etc). Most or all of the government contracts SpaceX has absolutely require citizenship. I believe Musk has countersued. I would love to be in the Courtroom when the judge tells the Deep State to go pound sand.
