I guess he should have done it in Portland instead. The female professor who threw a Molotov Cocktail into a police SUV with 5 officers inside was sentenced to ... wait for it ... 33 HOURS of community service, not even a whole week.

Meanwhile in the D.C. circuit court system...

In more than one of those attacks, the arsonists tried to block the doors to prevent escape.

A plea deal was reached between Moore and the Department of Justice in September 2022. He plead guilty to the unlawful possession of destructive devices, and could have faced 10 years in prison for this. The DOJ, however, asked for less than 4 years. Yep, he got off easy thanks to our "unbiased" DOJ. Now, if he had taken a selfie in the Capital, then throw the book at him.

If P-town got federal help buying those cars, the arsonist needs to be tried by the Feds. That’s how they did those scumbag lawyers that firebombed cop cars in NY.

As I’m learning from books on criminals, many in prison have their sentence reduced after serving a little time. One murder spree convicted killer got 20 years which was reduced to 10 years and he finally served 7 years and was released on parole. That particular one didn’t immediately go out to kill the people who were witnesses or jurors but some do that. He’s living under a new name as of the book’s publication date.
From a law office site:
The federal sentence reduction policy is based on the idea that you are sparing limited government personnel and resources which can be redirected to other aspects of the criminal justice system.
Mitigating facts and circumstances is a legal term that essentially means any facts that could make the crime seem less serious and may lead to a reduction under the Sentencing Guidelines kretzerfirm.com

It is, it’s a little over 3 years which means he’ll be out in a year if not sooner. Meanwhile Enrique Terrio gets 22 years and he wasn’t even in DC on Jan. 6th

Outrageously light sentences for such crimes.
