She is in her second term, and cannot run again under New Mexico constitution. Democrats like that sheriff, and like this AG, who was the former for Osagie of Bernalillo County are lining this up for a run to governor. Then in their campaign they’ll be able to pretend they were the moderate, and they aren’t coming for your guns. Total scam. This is a modern day version of the Santa Fe ring

I put this in breaking news yesterday, when it actually happened, and the moderator removed it. What a joke.

If she had a scintilla of pride, she would resign.

"This is a Soros AG. Somehow, we’re getting played."

A faint to draw out opposing litigation strategies?

IMO, Soros wants gun deaths to push the anti-gun agenda on law abiding citizens but not the criminals.

He actually quoted the Constitutional law to this bimbo. It is a RTFL message (RTFL - Read the F..g Law)

Could be. May be looking for a road map to a way to actually get this BS declared constitutional

>> but guaranteed he’s in on it.

They’re in pursuit of “Constitutional remedy” to achieve the same outcome.

That’s what has run through my mind too. What is the game? Too many Dems are opposed to this... yet it is what they salivate for.

Wow, even the anti-gun Soros-funded state AG doesn't support this. I suspect Torrez is going to use his non-support as a plus in his next run for public office, either governor or Congress.

But the AG letter is dated September 12, 2023. How did you have the letter yesterday?

If she had a scintilla of pride, she would resign.

She has an abundance of pride. What she needs is humility.

I’m not sure what her game is. The possibility of being Newsome’s running mate? Just floating a trial balloon, msybe? Female, vaguely Hispanic, no brains...she could go far in national politics.

Because it’s so unpopular among New Mexican’s, many if not most who have guns legally, I suspect he’ll use it as a plus in his next run for higher office, Governor or Congress.

This is a Soros AG. Somehow, we’re getting played. He is 100% on board with that.

Where is your proof or is your paranoia taking over?
