The retribution for the crimes of the state is not going to be pretty. For God will be the one dishing out His wrath. His punishment will be just and the Bible says His people will rejoice.
The judge should have brought all hell down on the sentencing statement by the DOJ.
They could use this same excuse for every single Capitol protestor.
So...what did he say?
Mr. Lee credibly states that he was in the streets to protest unlawful police violence against black men, and there is no basis to disbelieve this statement. Mr. Lee, appropriately, acknowledges that he "could have demonstrated in a different way," but that he was "caught up in the fury of the mob after living as a black man watching his peers suffer at the hands of police." As anyone watching the news world-wide knows, many other people in Minnesota were similarly caught up. There appear to have been many people in those days looking only to exploit the chaos and disorder in the interest of personal gain or random violence. There appear also to have been many people who felt angry, frustrated, and disenfranchised, and who were attempting, in many cases in an unacceptably reckless and dangerous manner, to give voice to those feelings. Mr. Lee appears to be squarely in this latter category. And even the great American advocate for non-violence and social justice, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., stated in an interview with CBS's Mike Wallace in 1966 that "we've got to see that a riot is the language of the unheard."
Absolutely unbelievable that our justice system has been destroyed so quickly.
Why would any thinking person be even slightly surprised by any degree of depravity from The Big Guy’s Department of Just Us?
Oh, that's right... When President Trump ran for reelection.

I’m not saying those are valid excuses, your Department of Justice did.
By the way, maybe we ought honor both Lincoln and Washington twice as much.
The Judge, if he had any integrity at all, should have given the Prosecutor a Choice. Someone is going to prison for 10 years, either you counselor or the defendant, choose now.
BLM and Antifa are the militant arms of the Democrat Party. Both are terrorist organizations. Which means the entire Democrat Party is a terrorist organization.
Oscar Lee, who was burned to death apparently was not one of the black lives that mattered to BLM rioters. Nor to the DOJ or the judge. Maybe BLM should change their name to: “Division, rage, and hate matter and good people can just burn to death for all we care”.

Forget Tarrio for a moment, who some might argue is responsible for violent actions that occurred.
We are already in a civil war, but only one side is fighting.
...... Unbelievable???? .... After everything we have learned over the past number of years ... We still find this "Unbelievable?" We really need to understand that THIS is what a post Constitutional system governed by ESG looks like!!!! .... The answer to how two perpetrators received such different treatment is absolutely simple!!!
..... Answer: Montez Lee who burned the Pawn Shop down killing it's occupant .... Was ESG Compliant by fighting for an ESG Sanctioned Cause!
..... It's time for us to wake up and smell the smoke of what used to be our Constitution and understand that this is what our new future will hold if we don't stop being a Dysfunctional mess of a Political Party and galvanize together as cohesive force to stop this crap.
... Remember ..... The number of votes we will need to beat this in 2024 will be well over 81 Million votes! There is no room for error in this election. There simply won't be a Next Time .... This so called "Great Experiment" will be over ..... And a Great Tribulation for us will be upon us .....

why is it a federal case?
Michael Byrd murdered Ashley Babbit on Jan 6.
The murder was ignored. He was recently promoted to the rank of Captain in the US Capitol Police force.
Michael Byrd is black. Ashley Babbit is white.
What if the races were the opposite? A white cop killed a black woman for no damn reason, with no warning?
I’m not certain, but I think EVERYONE would know Michael Byrd’s name.
Read later.
BLM really don’t because BLM is a political threat to the existence of America
