Former Trump attorney Michael Cohen said the lengthy sentences handed down to Jan. 6 defendants “should be a warning” to former President Trump’s co-defendants in the Georgia election case.
In an interview on CNN, Michael Cohen, who served as former President Trump’s fixer, warned that the 18 other defendants in the Georgia case are likely to face prison sentences that are “equally as painful” as that of former Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio.

I hope the sentences are appealed on the grounds of cruel and unusual punishment. It is clear these guys didn’t commit any crime that deserves jail terms like they got.
The January 6 defendants entered the Capitol, although they were probably lured into doing so. The Atlanta indictment is for trying to overturn the rigged election. Sentences like that would certainly send a message.

Sentences like that on the Atlanta charges would send a message that this is a dictatorship or banana republic.
And no one is doing anything. Seems like if Trump doesn’t get in the war is lost. If they can stop him they’ll know they are unstoppable.
They were sentenced to federal crimes. If Trump wins I pray their sentences will be pardoned.
