A super PAC set up to back Ron DeSantis with $50 million is closing as donors backed out - while its founder said the Florida governor's campaign was guilty of 'rookie s**t' mistakes and he will now back Donald Trump.
John Thomas, a Republican strategist known as the 'Billy the Kid of Political Battles' set up 'Ron to the Rescue' in November and had secured financial commitments from mega-wealthy donors.
But he said the donors began having second thoughts after the botched DeSantis campaign launch on Twitter Spaces in May.

I like how this consultant creep leaks this, to further stick the knife into DeSantis, and try to ingratiate himself with Trump.
Funny, DeSantis follows the instructions of Big Donors and he fails miserably. Now Big Donors point fingers at DeSantis for their own failures. It ruined DeSantis political career, at least for me. I’ve lost all respect for him. If he can’t articulate his own principled convictions then he’s a pussy in my book. I’d respect him if he stuck to his principles even if I disagreed with some of them.
Is the PAC money what made us see a difference between Gov DeSantis and Prez Cand DeSantis? Will the absence of PAC money make him as a candidate be more like many of us expected? I'd like to see it. Even if Trump wins the primary we need at least one candidate to provide healthy competition to keep Trump on his conservative toes.

With each passing day that DeSantis was a candidate, grassroots Republican voters got more and more reminders of why they supported Donald Trump in the first place back in 2016.

She makes cringe-worthy look attractive.
I know exactly the type she is. She acts like she’s the first person to have kids, and thinks everyone, for some strange reason, is interested in her child-rearing dilemmas. IMHO, she’s a narcissist. She’s one of those mothers (the rest of us couldn’t stand her type) who thinks her kids are so adorable and that everyone want to hear about them. Her kids are the ones running around being disrespectful of people and property and she’s so wrapped up in thinking that is somehow adorable that she doesn’t consider the obvious.....that they’re poorly behaved and rather than find it amusing, she should step up and do some disciplining.
Needless to say, I can’t stand the woman. I’ve met too many like her when my kids were young, and when I ran my tutoring business.
