Ukrainian drones struck targets in at least six regions deep within Russia on Wednesday, including an airfield where they destroyed military transport planes, in one of the broadest volleys yet of Kyiv's campaign to turn the tables on Moscow.
Russian officials described attacks on targets in the Pskov, Bryansk, Kaluga, Orlov, Ryazan and Moscow regions. The Russian foreign ministry said the attacks would "not go unpunished" and could not have reached so far into Russian territory without Western help.
In Pskov, in northern Russia more than 600 km (400 miles) from Ukraine, a huge fire erupted at a military airfield. Tass news agency reported at least four giant Il-76 transport planes were damaged, two of which had "burst into flames".

With all the destruction being rained down on Russia by the CIA... I mean Ukraine... the whole country must be destroyed by now with Ukrainian troops roaming the streets of Moscow.

You mistakenly attribute the successful attacks on Russian militery targets within Russia to the CIA. The attacks were made by the increasingly superior Ukranian military forces

Yes, I have noticed that. If the Ukrainians are not marching on Moscow then nothing that they are doing is worthwhile. In the meanwhile ignore the fact that the Ukrainians have fought the Russians to a standstill and are the ones who are now advancing, albeit slowly. Any day now, we are assured, the Russians will stop being nice and march on Kyiv in 48 hours.
I’m curious, the planners of this attack deep within Russia, just what do they think the final outcome will be?
a. Russia being humiliated.
b. Russia capitulating, and pulling out all troops.
c. Or a military payback the likes that the Ukrainians have never seen.
I’m betting on c, a huge payback that will escalate the war.
