I'm a retired teacher. While I was working I never saw anything like this in a school district.
They were starting to designate teachers as “tech coaches”, “new teacher mentors” and “homework hot-line teachers” and stuff like that but they all still had to be certified and working in their teaching field.
This chit is sounding like the “political officer” the Germans and Russian put in their military units.
I wouldn't be surprised to see this pot boil over before too long.

You think we have a choice - we don't. The only solution will be radical austerity upon government and spending - to eliminate marxism at home and empire abroad. We are swimming upstream against the current, so either make the choice and manage the process, or let others make the choice for you. Washington DC will choose nothing voluntarily, so the path is set.

Fight all the wars abroad you want to try to maintain US dollar hegemony against Russia, China, etc.. The system can not continue as is, and its causing the destruction of the republic.

The Soviet Union also preferred not to have a debt collapse due to the contradictions of their ideology and empire, but they did not get a choice either
