The photographer must be sympathetic to Trump, since he was allowed to compose himself and affect that pose. A dem hack would have snapped as soon as he walked up to catch him with an awkward expression.
Trump is a big fan of marketing. You can bet he and his experts discussed long and hard what he should look like in that photo, and probably did a lot of practice posing.
It’s about how it will play during the election and, possibly even during his next term as president. That shot is gold.
This would be a fun “Caption the photo” contest. 🤣

I think most of us know (by now) that the one really pulling the strings behind the curtain is Barack Hussein Obama. And also as we know, Obama was really prolific at setting new precedents.... all of which have been really bad “for” America and Americans. This latest Obama precedent is just one more example of that. And like Obama once said, “I’m just getting started”.

If it had been me, I likely would have smiled. Not an ear to ear toothy grin but perhaps something like Tom DeLay’s mugshot from years back.
A smile says “I am not intimidated and no, you won’t get under my skin”.
The frown (although justified) and the downward tilt of his head do not imply guilt - but IMHO, they suggest that all of this is wearing on Trump.
He should do everything not to let them see him sweat.
