Ukraine Must Not Use Gifted F-16s to Attack Russian Territory, Says Denmark
Breitbart ^ | 08/21/2023 | OLIVER JJ LANE

Ukraine, Denmark, and the Netherlands appeared to reach a milestone agreement to give the invaded nation F-16 jets, with the first delivery coming as early this year but it comes with a condition of no strikes beyond Ukraine’s internationally recognised borders.

President Volodymyr Zelensky hailed the progress on the F-16 deal during an in-person visit to Denmark and the Netherlands at the weekend, enthusiastically claiming the Dutch government was going to hand over 42 F-16s, the nation’s entire stock of the aircraft. The Dutch were more circumspect and didn’t put a specific number or even timeline for delivery at the moment of announcement.

“...the Dutch government was going to hand over 42 F-16s, the nation’s entire stock of the aircraft.”

Are the Dutch buying F35s to replace the F16s?

So not only is The Ghost of Kyiv REAL...

There are actually AT LEAST FORTY-TWO of them!!

Them Ukrainian boys are so good at flyin' them Migs that they can fly anything that has wings. They're gonna just jump in them F-16s and go without any learning curve at all, they be naturals at it.

(How does one say, "Chainsaw one, ready for take off" in Polish or German?)

What version are these F16s?
What munitions will be provided for them to fire?
Will their role be primarily air superiority or strikes?
Where will they be based?
Lots of questions!

“ Ukraine, Denmark, and the Netherlands appeared to reach a milestone agreement to give the invaded nation F-16 jets, with the first delivery coming as early this year but it comes with a condition of no strikes beyond Ukraine’s internationally recognised borders.”

Wink wink

If Crimea is counted as Uke territory within “ internationally recognized borders” then it’s an attack on Russian territory in Russia’s international view, and a red line to cross and FAFO

It will come to 61 planes from Netherlands and Denmark. Add in a few Gripens, and it becomes a nice mix. Maybe a few F-18s later on.

Spells the end of the KA-52 terror. They have a 15 mile range, while F-16s have 100. The planes don’t have to dome close to the FEBA to knock the KA-52s out of the sky.

Government accounting methods include, providing US Militry Aid (loans or gifts) from Active Duty stocks and the Pentagon gets to buy new replacement equipment. This war is an accounting line item debit and credit.

The EU would not fund their 3% contributions to NATO let alone are they financially able to upgrade their own militaries. The USA and EU are giving Kiev both gifts and loans of military AID. The replacement costs are justified to the citizens for the usual foreign policy catch-phrases, e.g., democracy, freedom, self (coup) determinitation, etc.

Now you get the part where the politicians want no liability if those F16s that are nuclear capable are used against Russian territory (remember Russia has put all EU capital cities out there as actual targets if they “lose” OR if escalation comes to thermonuclear war - they will get their dose of radiation.

This entire war is to provide the line item accounting methods to replace/upgrade existing NATO equipment capabilities and secondary a chance to topple/bankrupt Russia. While it failed to collaspe Russia for plunder, it has achieved Western Governments a means to justify to their populations the taxes for buying the latest greatest technology. The military industrial complex is one of the biggest drivers of innovation and technological advancement in all societies, both yesterday and today.

War makes CENTS (Sense) to those involved in the economic means of production.

Cynically speaking do you blame Biden for profiting off this current and normal business cycle?

“russia will take them out before they ever get in the air.”

With what? Another bloviation from Putin? Another impotent nuclear threat? How about a (GASP!) overrated “hypersonic” missile?

Plus, add the liklihood that NATO pilots will be driving these fighters and Russia is going to find itself facing a major league military when they can’t even defeat the Little League team!

A quick search of your claim brings up no results that support the outrageous claim you are making. If your claim were true I should have expected to see multiple stories confirming the validity of your statement.
