Agree. When I was called for jury duty, tried everything as an excuse to get off because I was very busy at work. It was a trial because an illegal alien (they said undocumented immigrant) broke into a shop and got injured, and was suing the company for his injuries. Sitting in juror box #1, judge asked me if I could be fair and impartial to the plaintiff. I said "Sure, I can be fair to the illegal alien, as long as he wasn't breaking any laws!". Courtroom burst into laughter, and the judge excused me from jury duty.
A lot of us want states to try acting against illegal aliens.

I can’t believe everyone is cheerleading for this unconstitutional action. Now it is illegals. But when the democrats get control of the state in the future it will be used against other “certain persons” as they chose.
It is absolutely insane to high five and unconstitutional acts. You can bet it WILL NOT BE A GOOD THING in the end... I can’t believe so many are so willing to give up even one little bit of our Constitutional right to travel. For ANY reason.
This has been federal law for decades. It is illegal to aid or abett an illegal alien. And that means giving them a lift in your vehicle. Even if they have been here for decades.

Are we so inept that we cannot see the danger in eroding Constitutional rights for ANY reason even if it sounds good? This is exactly how the 1st and 2nd amendments were eroded. One selective “good idea” at a time until they are now almost completely gone.
It is because no one was smart enough to realize the end cause and effect of not nipping it in the bud at every turn by just saying no. We are stepping on our own toes with supporting this. The precedent will give other states the right to do the same thing. And you can bet it will be abused and used against law abiding citizens just like the erosion of the 1st and 2nd amendments are right now.
It is dumb as hell to give it all away for the one selective use sounds good. The selective enforcement is only temporary and it will become a one size fits all enforcement against EVERYONE. This will start the ball rolling for state border checks for ALL interstate travel. Mark my words, give them an inch and they ARE going to take a mile.
It is a Trojan Horse and the first step in controlling or denying open travel guaranteed by the Constitution. Don’t let them fool you, It is the next step in global control over free travel.
