The contentious music video for Jason Aldean's "Try That in a Small Town" was slightly changed as it continues to climb the charts and draw criticism. Did the singer finally cave in to pressure and the immense cancel culture?
The music video is currently six seconds shorter than when it was first uploaded on July 14, according to The Washington Post, which published this information on Tuesday, July 25.
The initial video appears to have been edited to exclude news footage from Fox 5 Atlanta showing Black Lives Matter marches and protests in 2020. In the initial version of the video, the snippets appeared twice.
The video was once shown outside a Tennessee courthouse that was supposedly the scene of a Black teen's lynching in the

Many White antifatards, too.
Thats what i heard- Fox in Atlanta threatened to sue him if he did not remove their footage from the video
File this in “I’m an idiot “...Sean Hannity today in his first hour radio show brought this up and didn’t understand why Aldean would do this and was “perplexed”.
I was screaming “ it’s your TV employers moron”.
If Fox held the rights to that video, he had no choice. That is not caving.
Saying the truth, that the footage was removed for copyright concerns, isn’t as sexy as the current lurid clickbait headline.
WRONG. Watch Mark Dice’s new video from this morning if anyone needs clarification. Copyright stuff not caving.
He’s Oedipus Rex walking around asking “who destroyed this city?” Not realizing he did it.
What about political commentary that proves profitable?
No need to watch Hannity unless you suffer from low blood pressure. That idiot would have Gandhi or Buddha or even Jesus screaming at the TV within seconds.
Wrong. He used unauthorized video from Fox. Told to remove it or lawsuit.
When BLM decided to march in Oakdale, CA (reeeedneck) the were met with AR-15s, shotguns and very hostile words.
They went home quietly within 30 mins.
The local paper made a very, very big deal of it. The Sheriff said the folks of Oakdale have every right to counter protest.
BS! The same happens on FR all the time to avoid lawsuits.
On a related note...
I’ve been going to the only 24-hour IHOP near me before I go to work at 2AM.
Their breakfast crepes are awesome.
Anyhoo..
It seems like every 3rd or 5th song played there is THIS song.
I’ve never been a country music fan.
But, anything that sends the commies into fits of pamper-soiling rage, I’m all for it!
So he stole copyrighted material?
I saw footage of the Ohio State House being trashed during the Floyd riots. I even commented to Mrs. Bucks there were a lot of white people breaking windows and spraying graffiti on the building.
Ignore these lying pos.
And yet his viewership is among the highest on Fox and his radio show is the most listened to.
I thought that the change was due to a copyright issue...

That’s all it was. Normally Fox would have let such things slide, but not when it goes against the DS narrative.
Wrestling is popular too. And rap “music”. Popularity is no indication of quality.
Original version is still available on YT.
