First son Hunter Biden’s legal team was accused of pulling a dirty trick late Tuesday to block the release of damning evidence ahead of his expected guilty plea to federal charges of tax evasion and weapons crimes.
The drama began in the morning when the House Ways and Means Committee filed an amicus brief to Delaware US District Judge Maryellen Noreika arguing that the 53-year-old had benefited from “political interference which calls into question the propriety of the investigation” into alleged crimes including money laundering, felony tax evasion and failure to register as a foreign agent.
The filing included testimony by two IRS whistleblowers who sat for transcribed interviews May 26 and June 1.
What happened next was outlined in a letter sent to the judge Tuesday afternoon by the committee’s top lawyer, Theodore Kittila.
“[A]t approximately 1:30 p.m., we received word that our filing was removed from the docket,” Kittila said. “We promptly contacted the Clerk’s office, and we were advised that someone contacted the Court representing that they worked with my office [emphasis original] and that they were asking the Court to remove this from the docket. We immediately advised that this was inaccurate. The Clerk’s Office responded that we would need to re-file. We have done so now.”

Delaware Judge sealed the Motion from the House ways and means Committee, which was the second priority request of Hunter’s crooked Lawyer.
She gave in and gave in to an Illegal tactic.
The Motion is public info only - from the United States House Ways and Means Committee!

Allegedly the lawyer accused of misrepresentation to the court or whatever is Jessica Bengels.

Yes. Looks like the judge helpfully reminded Hunter’s legal team that they had not formally filed any request to seal evidence in this matter — and then she went and sealed it on their behalf.
Sounds like the judge is part of Hunter’s legal team.
Check Ms. Bengels’ bank account. Hunter’s got lots of cash from selling paintings!
I just heard it was a clerk who did this. If true, which is worse? The attorney faking or the clerk to the job complying to the request?
Kittila needs to obtain an affidavit from the clerk, stating what occurred.

This is impersonating a member of Congress, a Congressional Committee, and an opposing member of the Court.

This wasn’t a motion to seal, and if that’s what the Judge got out of it, there’s a real problem. Big Problem
Judge gave Biden lawyers until 9:00 PM tonight to show cause as to why Biden attorney Jessica Bengels should not be sanctioned for misrepresenting her identity and who she worked for when she contacted the clerk today.

This is the clearest Obstruction case in history.

Trump’s lawyers opinion did not supersede the United State’s Congress.

They had the filing removed.
The Judge would not see a Motion filed by the United State’s House of Representatives Ways and Means Committee.
That motion told of crimes that Hunter committed which he wasn’t charged
Some are acting like it’s a privacy thing. That’s not what happened.
I hope that Jessica Bengels be disbarred for this?
