Delaware Judge sealed the Motion from the House ways and means Committee, which was the second priority request of Hunter’s crooked Lawyer.
She gave in and gave in to an Illegal tactic.
The Motion is public info only - from the United States House Ways and Means Committee!

The judge is going to look REALLY bad if she allows Hunter to evade responsibility for his 457 crimes on the laptop.
So I take it the House hearing material was in fact deleted from the case, notwithstanding the apparent deceptive tactic.
The judge will have no documented reason not to approve the plea deal and let Hunter walk, and have immunity from further prosecution because of double jeopardy.
So a low-level employee gets sanctioned by the court, not big deal as far as the law firm is concerned. They got their high-profile client a walk-away deal, and that’s all that matters.
I think that Biden fought McCarthy in the last budget fiasco to keep the IRS money in the law as that was the deal Biden made with the IRS to get Hunter out of trouble.
