A Donald Trump ally has turned over thousands of documents to special counsel Jack Smith related to efforts to find supposed voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election – including materials that haven’t been previously disclosed to investigators looking into events surrounding January 6, 2021.
Former New York Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik was part of the team led by Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani trying to uncover fraud that would swing the election in favor of Trump.
For months, Kerik had tried to shield some of the documents from investigators, citing privilege.
But in recent weeks, Kerik gave the documents to the Trump’s 2024 campaign to review. After that review, the campaign declined to assert privilege, according to Kerik’s lawyer, Tim Parlatore, who turned over the documents to Smith’s office on Sunday.
“I have shared all of these documents, approximately 600MB, mostly pdfs, with the Special Counsel and look forward to sitting down with them in about 2 weeks to discuss.” Parlatore said.
Kerik is scheduled to sit down for an interview with the special counsel’s office next month, CNN has learned.
Among the materials now in Smith’s possession are witness statements, research and other documents produced by Giuliani’s team.

Smith is going to ignore the obvious signs of election fraud in those docs, and try to fabricate a claim of “obstruction” out of whole cloth.
If looking for voting fraud is now criminal activity than Smith himself is now the ultimate criminal.
WOW. Attempting to find fraud is now a crime???
How many millions of pages does that scumbag Smith have trying to find fraud where none exist? Why is that not illegal?

So, is that the crime? Investigating allegations of voter fraud and cheating? If so, the DOJ and FBI will never have to worry about themselves being investigated . . .
All those documents, yet when the judge asked Giuliani to provide ANY evidence of fraud, he knew he had nothing and was silent.
Always liked Kerik...and Rudy of course...Proves they were trying...not soliciting votes...which is what trump is being accused of in Georgia.

The FIB raided Giuliani two years ago and confiscated all of his computers and hard drives.
But even after Giuliani pointed out the Hunter Biden hard drives, the FIB left them behind in violation of their own search warrant.
So these documents are most likely already in Smith’s possession, albeit in a form that was not admissible in a court of law.
Now they can be admissible.
