Former President Donald Trump triumphs in yet another new poll.
The headline at USA Today from reporter David Jackson on July 16 — two days ago — reads this way:
Donald Trump has a big lead for the GOP nomination. Can DeSantis, Pence or anyone else catch him?
The story begins by reporting as follows:
WASHINGTON — A half-year before anyone actually votes, and one year before the Republican nominating convention, the GOP presidential race is in the same place it has been for months: A bunch of challengers chasing former President Donald Trump.
Trump has built a huge lead in polls despite — or because of — two indictments and two other ongoing investigations, while Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and other GOP candidates are scrambling for ways to close the gap on the former president.
Note that one sentence:
Trump has built a huge lead in polls despite — or because of — two indictments and two other ongoing investigations.
There is no question that Trump’s political persecutors have indeed helped him with their seriously rigged banana-republic-style indictments and investigations. Individually, not to mention collectively, what was designed to bring down Trump has backfired and backfired big time.

because he is.
because push polling is done to show he is.
basically the options.
Because Americans are getting fed up with fake politicians.
Because not everyone is stupid and believes the MSM lies.
because people are ready for the fight. and he is the only one who is mad enough to go to the wall for us and knows as well as anyone how to do it. bring. it.
50% to 25% is certainly not “trouncing.”
It’s like you have 4 republicans, two are for Trump, one is for DeSantis, and one is not for Trump.
Maybe Biden=WW3, but Trump=CW2 I prefer the latter.
I’ll vote for who I think will be best Man for the job, I’ll think about it critically.
But have to admit that the thought of REVENGE, Trump standing victorious over the Left, is very damn appealing.
Because he’s not a pantywaist, and the rest of them are.
If you mean to kill the king, you must kill the king.
The bogus prosecutions of Trump were meant to keep him from running, or to smear him to the point that he could not win. The problem for the prosecutors is that they are still working within an American justice system, however hijacked it has become of late. In places where law enforcement is used to crush political opposition, the actions are much quicker and more severe: you arrest the person you want to get rid of in the middle of the night, lock him up in a dungeon-like prison, have a show trial set up for three days later, only allow the prosecution to submit evidence, have the judge declare him guilty, then take him out back and have him either shot or hung—with the media cheering every step of the way. Since they can’t do this with Trump, he is going to win the battle: there is just enough acceding to the defense in our system, and just enough media outlets not controlled by the state (including here), to make it impossible to simply convict and execute Trump at will.
There are, basically, ONLY TWO candidates on the GOP side:
1. Trump
2. Everybody else.........................
LOL. How objective.
I'll try the same.
Two for Trump, one for DeSantis, and one not for DeSantis.
I'd call that a moon shot, based on the level of his success the last 4 years. Compare that the carnage that will occur if/when he loses again, and takes everyone down with him.
Trump is the only candidate who is forcefully pushing back against the Democrats. The others are either complicit (like Pence, Haley) in this effort, or completely underestimating the threat (DeSantis, Scott).
In these times, we need the strongest leader possible.
Liberals hate Trump.
Americans love him.
DeSantis doesn’t have the same name recognition as Trump, so my analogy is more accurate. More people know Pence and Haley and Christie than DeSantis, because they’ve been around longer.
Or you could say 4 Republicans, two are for Trump, one is for DeSantis, and one is undecided. Still not “trouncing” his opposition.
Trump is leading in the polls?
Thank Jack Smith, Fani Willis, Alvin Bragg, DOJ, FBI and other useful idiots who indicted or are seeking to persecute President Trump.
Every time they start another Witch Hunt - Trulmp’s polling numbers rise.
The love of Trump is directly proportional to the hatred of our Beltway bureaucrats, their institutions harboring them, and useless elected legislators. Nothing more. Nothing less.
There ya go.
