All of these treatments are not available on the premises of typical military posts. Therefore, the trans personnel will have to be posted to specialized areas and given specialized duties in order to receive all this specialized gender care.

I’m just guessing, but that means some non trans soldiers will have to take their places in more hazardous locations such as war zones and MOS specialties such as infantry.
