This demonstrates the folly of public education. There is no accountability. Taxpayers cannot withhold funding and parents can’t switch schools. Government decrees that your money and your children belong to us. Like it or lump it.

“Restorative Justice”. Reminds me of “One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest”. The patients sit in a circle and Nurse Ratchet belittles each of the members especially Billy. And of course, the final punishment for the one guy is a lobotomy.
