A Bay Area woman sued her husband’s employer after she became infected with COVID-19. The California Supreme Court found that giving her workers’ comp could set a precedent that would imperil the system.

I agree with the courts on this.
If you take the risk you bear the responsibility of your risk.
If you decide that covid is not an issue, so you don’t take precautions and you become, nobody owes you anything.
Who would have gotten Covid-19 if Fauci hadn’t directed tax payer funds into developing it?
Fauxcy and Collins owe you.
Did “Bay area woman” get the clot shot?
If so, sue the federal government.
They should never have insured workers who got Covid from work.
That was a bad precedent.
Employer owes you nothing.

A nonemployee was trying to get work comp benefits?
Surprised in California she didn’t win.
The ONLY people I know who got Covid more than once were vaccinated. Now they have immune system compromises.
The court is right...there is no way to know where these people got COVID.
My sister just tested positive for it. I was with her all last weekend. Because it was a family wedding, I took extra zinc and quercetin every day. So far so good, but she just tested positive today. She’s had 2 shots and at least 2 boosters, maybe 3. I had the first two shots (under duress) but no boosters. Had the coof a year ago, but fine since then.
“covid” is a made-up disease, legitimized by fake statistics.
And I'm sitting here laughing because I got the first two shots pretty early but because of the government lies, no boosters, had minimal lockdown early on here in Georgia, went everywhere without a mask when the rest of the country was hiding from their own shadows and never got the so called killer virus.
I'll never forget the kid working in the produce section at Publix. It was in the first days and I was wearing a mask. I walked up behind him and asked a question. He almost jumped out of his skin and acted like I was the first manifestation of the zombie apocalypse. I could see that he thought I had just given him a double dose of Covid-19 for being close to him. What kind of fool acts like that with a stupid Scamdemic?
“The court is right...there is no way to know where these people got COVID.”
I agree. Everyone and his brother had covid 2021-22. I mean, *everyone.* Who the hell knows for certain who gave it to whom? We can’t function as a society if everyone is suing the person or people whom they suspect infected them
The California Supreme Court found that giving her workers’ comp could set a precedent that would imperil the system.
So the rest don’t matter...maybe her claims are legit...maybe not...
But the real reason is right there.
If workers comp claims were paid out to people who claimed they came down with an illness that was transmitted to them in the workplace, then every company that could do so would go to a 100% work-from-home business model tomorrow.
I take zinc every day too, but I up my dose when I travel or am around large groups of people that I don’t usually encounter.
Probably.
But that doesn’t stop courts from demanding side A must compensate side B regardless of the cost to A.
EXCEPT...
It doesn’t matter if you bankrupt a company or industry but this threatens to overwhelm the entire system. And THAT can’t be allowed to happen. Says so right there.
So maybe her claim can’t be proven. We won’t know because they won’t look at it.
What about folks who have vax injuries because they were required by their employers to get the shot? I bet this gets cited to say no.
Not a lawyer...just pondering.
