The long-awaited movie, Sound of Freedom was released for general viewing on the 4th of July. So far, it's scoring 99% with audiences on Rotton Tomatoes
The movie had been scheduled for release five years ago but encountered a barrage of legal delays brought forth by a number of Hollywood entities.
This thread invites comments from viewers who have seen the movie.
In my life, the only movie, as I recall, to have a profound effect on an audience was Spielberg's Shindler's List in 1993. A movie also based on a true story. Opening night, the theater was full. The audience was spellbound. No coughing, no murmuring, no one left to go to the bathroom.
Here in Lagrange, GA the first showing of Sound of Freedom was at 11 am. The theater was 3/4 full with mostly couples over 60. I've been told that the audiences grew during subsequent viewings until the nighttime viewings were almost sold out.
Like Shindler's List, the audience was silent. There was no coughing or talking. Not one person left their seat. I heard crying throughout the movie.
It was hard to. watch, but thankfully not over-graphic, ( I understand an upcoming documentary by Mel Gibson will be.)
You will get the message. It hits you cold.
Jim Caviezel Plays Tim Ballard, Former US Agent On a Dangerous Mission to Rescue Children who have been kidnapped thru various means. The movie takes place in the darkest regions of South America, but you soon learn that it goes on all over the world, with most of it taking place here in the United States.
At the end of the movie, you're invited to listen to a special message by Jim Caviezel who tells us that there are more people now enslaved than at any other time in human history, even when slavery was legal, and the majority of slaves are children.
Free tickets to the movie are available at the source URL posted here.
Everyone needs to see Sound of Freedom. Everyone needs to know about the movie's subject matter and to tell their friends and family.
Saw the trailer. Thankfully, theme song is not by Bob Dylan. Looks to be a tear jerker, but I lately enjoy getting my tears jerked.
I’ve heard that Mel Gibson is part of a 4 part documentary on the same subject, but he goes into graphic detail about what’s going on, including the harvesting of organs and blood to make adrenochrome.
Although some say it’s a myth.

It’s rumored that the crossroads of child trafficking is in Ukraine and that in our country there is a strong prevalence in Hollywood, which doesn’t surprise me.
Watched the movie with my wife on july 3rd.Sold out, lucky we got there 30 minutes early as we got almost the last tickets.Talked with the 10 theatre owner who said every seat for rhe next 2 showings were also sold out and they had already been approved to show it for 2 weeks rather than the original 1.A very moving tear jerker movie. We encourage everyone to watch it.Disney originally owned the rights to the movie and blocked it from being shown for nearly 5 years.
This issue has been around for thousands of years, but has only really exploded in the last decade or so.
Open borders, and
main-streaming of pornography has turned America into the leading consumer of child sex-slaves.
Not shocking when our President is an accused, (by his own daughter) pedophile.
Although some say it’s a myth.

I’d love to see it, but I haven’t been inside a movie theater since we took the granddaughter to see Veggietales when she was 4. She’s almost 28. I guess I’ll watch the trailer for now.
Maybe it will be on Roku soon.
I’m glad it’s being seen by so many. It’s one of those things that could’ve gone either way.
Lots of chaos is an ideal environment for the slave trade, drug trade, or any other heinous trade.
We’re going to see it tonight.
My friend’s brother is in this line of work. I was weeping as he told me just a few of his missions. Mad respect. Looking forward to seeing the movie.
Took the moderator five minutes to take it off the side bar before it could get any traction. Take a look at the crap they allow posted there.
Hopefully, we can keep it alive all day and into tomorrow.
Incredible story of a man who had courage and determination like no other. It is a miracle he found those kids. A true hero.
I can’t imagine. Thankfully, the movie is not graphic. Whenever the scene moves into a bedroom with a. child, the frame goes dark, so it’s left to your imagination as to what is going on.
Where are you located?
Like father like son. He has been a pedophile perv his entire life. A useless piece of flesh.
My wife and I saw it yesterday. We could only get tickets to the early matinee. The remaining 5 showings were sold out. Excellent movie. Caviezel was outstanding. The story was gripping. It’s amazing how organized these criminal rings are. Easy see now how Epstein’s Island could have existed.
You need to vote with your dollars or these movies will not be made. Buy someone a ticket so they can go.
Yeah, think about that for a moment. What kind of a father would shower with his daughter?
I’ve asked every one of my male friends, who have daughters if they’ve ever done that. Not only did they say no, they said they avoided seeing their daughters naked after the age of one year, allowing their privacy.
