There are millions of Asians in California who made their way up after immigrating here. Blacks have no one to blame but themselves.

A point of clarification -
German and Italian ALIENS were interned. There were millions of US citizens of German and Italian ancestry and these were not bothered.
Japanese-ancestry US citizens were interned as well as aliens.
