How often do we hear Republicans talk about utilizing Americaās vast natural resources? Sure, Trump used to talk about drilling, but I havenāt heard anything of greater positive consequence from any Republican since Mastriano running here in PA in ā22. He would talk about ādrilling and diggingā.
That triggers leftists in a major way. Josh Shapiro has a PAC running ads that begin by attacking Mastriano saying ādrill and digā. The ad uses a poll that say four in five Pennsylvanians want clean air or something like that and then talks about protecting children from pollution. The ad is in support of cap and trade - that very briefly appears in faint text without voice over. Itās a total leftist grifting scheme that hurts Pennsylvanians. These stupid chits here in PA deserve it. Iām out of here as soon as I can manage.
Republicans need to clearly articulate how to responsibly use all of Americaās natural resources. Itās a matter of national security and prosperity. We really have an incredibly rich land, with major inland navigable waterways leading to what used to be the worldās most powerful centers of industry with multiple deep harbors for export. The majority of nations in the world should be envious.
Now everything is reversed. Those harbors are for import.
Since ancient days tyrants want:
1. Disarmed populace so their rule is absolute
2. Taxation at will so prosperity or woe is dependent on their will
3. Restrictions on land to restrict food, materials, and hem in the population for control.
No matter what guise or āissueā from ākingās deerā or curfews to āsafetyā or climate change, anyone wanting those things wants to be a dictator.
