Reports (IF they are to be believed) are that there is an audio tape (made by PDJTs own staff) of a meeting where

1) he discusses the contents of one of the documents; and

2) admits that he didn’t have the authority to de-classify said document.

Again, whether or not the reports are true—I do not know.

Whether or not the tape will be allowed into evidence—I do not know. I do know that the aide who made the recording.

As I’m typing this I’m hearing that CNN (!!!???!!!) has released a transcript of the tape.

.....No actual concrete numbers of items in said boxes, both quantity and types.

* The defense would be:

...”reasonable man theory” 1. physical tasking-sorting and 2. sheer myrads of numbers in boxes.. volumes and types of items. 3. Months if not years for a private citizen to organize/sort.

* So let’s have actual quantity.

* Further, the moment Trump left the White House, if plaintiff can prove their case, would qualify under Contributory Negligence, of government officials.
