Employees of the City of Dallas, Texas, must use people's preferred pronouns or risk termination, according to recently publicized documents.
An internal document titled "Workplace Gender Transition Protocols & FAQ" explains the city's expectations for conduct regarding transgender individuals.
The guidelines explain that "gender transition" can refer to a spectrum of situations, all of which are equally protected.

Each member of the Texas City council should be subject to some loving outing to all who wish to express opposition to current policies and want them out of office.
Requiring certain speech under threat seems, well, like a macro-aggression.
Awright, Texas, this is compelled speech. A direct violation of 1st amendment. Either strike this down totally or admit that only Florida has a pair. Might as well re-join Mexico.
Isn’t that Unconstitutional? It’s not freedom of speech. It is compelled speech. They’d have to fire me.

I don’t have to deal with pronoun crap, thank heavens. If I ever do, though, I intend to specify my pronouns as loud and disgusting personal noises, such as a Bronx cheer or hawking a big wad of phlegm. Some enviable individuals can produce audible flatulence at a moment’s notice, but I unfortunately lack that talent.
There are small, handheld or concealable devices that can do produce those sounds. They sound pretty authentic and there’s a variety of the sounds. And they’re not expensive.
So I’ve heard, anyway.

By acquiescing to their perversions, you only encourage more of the same and worse.

I suppose I’d have to allow the use of such devices, since they’d probably claim that the inability to fart at will is some sort of disability.
My preferred pronoun is MY NAME.
I don’t answer to he/she/it.
And you’d probably have to make armpit and/or hand replications allowable or they’d cry discrimination or racism or whatever the TV tells them is the appropriate complaint.

Actually, I think I’d be OK as long as I was the first to complain to HR about their violating my pronouns, before they could complain about my discrimination against them. HR always, always takes the side of the first one to make a complaint. Then it’s on the “offender” to prove innocence, and HR invariably uses the logic of, “Well, you wouldn’t deny it unless it’s true.”
I despise all HR departments everywhere.

The pronouns I use are I and you as in “What makes you think want to talk to you”.
Just for your edification when a Democrat talks it’s free speech. When a Conservative talks it’s misinformation or disinformation and that is taboo.
