Employees of the City of Dallas, Texas, must use people's preferred pronouns or risk termination, according to recently publicized documents.
An internal document titled "Workplace Gender Transition Protocols & FAQ" explains the city's expectations for conduct regarding transgender individuals.
The guidelines explain that "gender transition" can refer to a spectrum of situations, all of which are equally protected.

Dallas, if I understand correctly, is a long time Democrat hold. As is Houston and Austin.
One very popular method around this is to simply forego pronouns and refer to the individual by their first name in every possible way. Sadly, this behavior is very obvious and has been referred to as a “microagression” in some contexts.

No one to blame but the politicians(state and local), the various Chambers of Commerce, developers who own the politicians, corrupt zoning boards, corrupt school boards and real estate agents.
Last I checked, all the 50 states had running water, electricity and indoor plumbing. But, in the last 10+ years, it seems like all the Governor’s of “Red States” have been bending over to lure companies from “Blue States” to move so they can bring those jobs with them. Of course, the politicians and others market all the “new jobs” that are going to come, but seem to conveniently leave out the part about all the liberals that are coming to keep their jobs.
Because the “tech industry” is the ONLY industry to have. Because all those “tech folks” make all that money.

Facebook could move everything to Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, Oklahoma, etc etc...tomorrow. Take your pick. The states could line up 1000s of IT folks from each to fill those positions. But, if each prospective employee drives an F150, Silverado, hunts, fishes, owns guns, stands for the anthem, and is proud to say they love this country, they aren’t getting the job. It’s going to a radical leftist that moves with the company or some ‘homegrown liberal’ that hates the country and their home state.

So the 1st “ fluid” gender coworker that doesn’t you like can flow a new gender every day and if you don’t guess right, or they say you dont, can get you fired ?
Besides, I thought discrimination based on gender, race , religion or creed was illegal ?
And gender is now a creed and not biological based.
