Ever since the “Covid” farce, that is easy to do.
Florida had a law the sitting Governor could not run for President.
Constitution says you must be 30 or older, US citizen (at least 9 years), and residency in the state at the time of the election (this would have to be interpreted when filling the job for remainder). I think the California rule is 365 days for residency to count.

No one has received more underserved non stop positive coverage than this horrible woman. It’s just a fact, she runs she wins. The only thing that saves us is her love of the opulence and non stop pampering she gets. She gets the full queen treatment without the downside of actually having to be one.

Gavin Newsom is the Democratic nominee for President, running under top cover from whoever is scripting “Biden”, and judging from all the people here constantly posting “Biden did this, Biden did that”, the plan seems to be working so far.

Our dearly departed very long term senator from Indiana, Richard Lugar, hadn’t lived in Indiana for years. The address he claimed for residency had been occupied by another family for over 25 years. His mail went to his local campaign office. Our other senator at the time Evan Bayh lived in Maryland.
Popularity contest instead of a contest of knowledge, experience, skills, accomplishments and character.
Stupid candidates pushed ahead by stupid voters. And don’t worry the fraud machine will prop up these fools if needed. I don’t know how this cycle stops, but it is hurting Americans and slowly destroying our country.
