No.
I remember Michelle Obama being quoted on many occassions how much she disliked politics, disliked Washington DC, didn’t like living in a “fishbowl,” etc....
Was that all BS? Is this article BS? Has anyone asked her opinion?
I think THEY should. She is a genius just like her husband/wife.
Do either of the Obamas appear ready to do a real job like that? If Yes we have a problem that needs thought and then aggressive action to prevent becoming a freight train.
All this about a flag.....................spit
She’ll have to move to California.
Not just a genius, but a GOC.
Why?
Presidential wives are all the rage in Democrat senate seat openings. So why not??
All Hillary was was a lawyer, wife of a governor and wife of a president, then BAM! US Senate seat.
This is not at all unusual, as the Senate is the upper chamber and has traditionally functioned as the more aristocratic body.
Just off the top of my head, there have been several Tafts, Kennedys, Lodges, Dodds, Saltonstalls, LaFolletts, etc.
When did the Obamas move to California?
Sadly, if she/them/they did, they would have a pretty good shot. Regardless of the number of votes from the opposition. 😵
Doesn’t California have some level of residency requirements?
Freepers-you’re button is being pushed.
He’s not a CA resident.
Really. One of Oregon’s senators lives in NY
no, too lazy. She wants to be a starlet, like Beyonce.
I think there is a residential requirement. But those things only apply to the little people.
I never understood the assumption that a First Lady could “automatically” qualify for higher office.
The cult of celebrity in this country is pretty sad.
DUH! Ya think?
Just like her husband she’s too lazy. But if she does, she will just phone it in.
