Yes, but as I understood it the states define what the word residency means. Just re-read Article 1 Section 3 and I still think that’s the case.

Residency requirements aside I suppose it could come about. One of the leftist’s goals is to get a uterus into the WH as POTUS or VPOTUS. The left would go orgasmic should they manage to get a two-fer ... a POC with a uterus. Remember that to the left being qualified for the job is secondary to politically correct goal.
As an aside I have noticed that NetFlix currently has several movies/series that promote the ‘uterus in the WH’ theme. Their contribution to some ‘conditioning’ going on maybe?
