Several U.S. military personnel who received a smallpox vaccination died from heart inflammation while others had not recovered from the same inflammation years after first experiencing the condition, an in-depth review of medical records has found.
Autopsies of two male military members in their 20s who suddenly died uncovered heart inflammation, or myocarditis. There were also signs that heart inflammation contributed to two additional deaths, one an 18-year-old male and the other a 23-year-old female.
Researchers also found that 348 members survived myocarditis and/or a related condition, pericarditis, but that it took at least months for each to recover, with some still not having recovered years down the line.
Some 2.5 million service members received a smallpox vaccine between Dec. 1, 2002, and Dec. 31, 2016, the time period covered in the study.

With the trust in public health providers dropping lower and lower each day, soon people are going to refuse to get any of the vaccines recommended.
Smallpox vaccine used to be pretty safe. We all senior citizens got it a long time ago with no problems!

Obama defunded hyperviralization in the US about 2014… as too dangerous. This means all vax research and development is first done somewhere without whistleblowers, I mean, endangering US researchers.
What we seniors had way back was the original style smallpox vaccine, of which the “Dryvax” mentioned briefly in the article was the last installment. It was known for having skin, rather than heart, side effects. Although the article doesn’t clearly state, most of those therein reported having developed heart problems likely had taking the newer, higher tech, allegedly safer (at least it hasn’t seemed to have been troubled by the skin issues the old literature reports the old vaccine had had) ACAM2000 smallpox vaccine, which came out in 2008.

The military identified myoperiocarditis associated with smallpox vaccine some 20 years ago. I think it was about 1 in 12,000, but that’s probably only the clinical cases, and military men are quite well known to suck it up and ignore things like a little chest pain rather than go see a corpsman or medic.
The death rate from the smallpox vaccine was one in a million and the serious complication rate was 74 per million. Compare that to the COVID vaccine complication rate and remember how much deadlier smallpox was than COVID.

Probably the Fed of American Scientists is pushing yet anothat antivax theme as part of their war on US biodefense measures.
This stuff is just fodder for JFK Jr’s 2024 campaign for the nomination.
But it is still used in the military. And a variation of it was given to high risk groups when monkeypox started to spread. So this is a worry.
I believe this is being said to take the heat off the covid fake vaxes like making it seem other vaxes also do that. Some may have a small number that may cause it, but this government will do all it can to perpetrate its deceptions.
Injuries and death from smallpox vaccination were known and accepted risks of its use at a time when epidemics in unvaccinated populations had a 30% mortality rate.
Your post is like, "when I was a kid, we all got measles (or mumps, or chicken pox) and it was no big deal".
Between 1950 and 1959, 5000 children died of measles. Now, that's on a background of 100 million cases, but that's 10,000 moms and dads bereaved, who knows how many siblings, grandmas and grandpas with an horrific family tragedy.
That's not nothing.
Current average of measles deaths in vaccinated children = 0.
