There is a war on food. As an absolute necessity of life, this seems like a ridiculously counterintuitive thing to do, but there you go.
Why is food suddenly a bad thing? Easy peasy: Farming uses nitrogen, and nitrogen is being blamed for global warming, so of course it must be eliminated. In the name of saving the planet, huge swaths of global food production are being targeted.
"Rice is to blame for around 10% of global emissions of methane, a gas that over two decades, traps about 80 times as much heat as carbon dioxide," intones the AP. "Scientists say that if the world wants to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, rice cannot be ignored."
Who cares if half the global population depends on rice for food? Let 'em die.
Dutch farmers are being hounded off their farms by government goons, with some 3,000 farms expected to be seized within the next few years. This is not only killing agriculture, it's killing farmers (20 to 30 of whom commit suicide each year). The European Commission actually approved a plan that would pay livestock farmers to shut down indefinitely in designated conservation areas if they agree to never start animal breeding activity elsewhere. Considering that the Netherlands is a top exporter of meat and agricultural products around the world, what do you think this will do to food availability and prices?
Remember the Sri Lanka government's attempt to impose only organic farming methods on its nation? The result was nothing short of a humanitarian disaster, with up to 90% of the population experiencing hunger.
"Special presidential envoy for climate John Kerry recently warned that the world can't tackle climate change without first addressing emissions from agriculture," warns Eric Utter in American Thinker. "The attack on...

OK, bottom line is that the βeliteβ want to kill most of us off. So if we find an elite as a target of opportunity and kill him, is is not murder. Is is preemptive self defense.

Yup, look what they did in Sri Lanka. Look what Holland is doing to its farmers. Look what Stalin did to Ukraine. Look what the Kramer Rouge did to Cambodia. The past 100 years are full of examples of what Socialists and Communist do to their βsubjectsβ.

That might be what the plebs will have to resort to here if they try this insanity.
I imagine security details turning on most “elites”.

We live in an age of manufactured crises.Th irony of the writer putting this sentence in her manufactured garbage story is stunning.
Remember when people fact-checked? Remember when truth was cherished? Remember when we could trust "conservative" websites?
Not anymore.
Maybe elites ARE planning to orchestrate famine. They'll be sadly disappointed since there are zillions of acres of farmland and a gazilkion calories of food produced annually. Further, the sensational headlines about farmland being gobbled up by Gates et al are just that....the purchases don't even scratch the surface.
It's ok to make an inference. But there is no hint of inference in the headline. Just low information sensationalism.

This is why I'm building a gasifier to turn my crop waste into charcoal. Charcoal is the main ingredient in biochar, and biochar improves soil fertility for decades, possibly longer.
There are many ways to make your own soil amendments. I encourage anyone who grows things to do so, or at least learn how. Biochar happens to be my method of choice.

They will ration gas purchases and you won't be able to travel more than half a tank of gas from home.

I strongly encourage all preppers to have a home-grown fuel of some kind on hand and know how to use it. When gas and diesel are in short supply, this lets you keep your vehicle, generator, and/or tractor running.

Thank you, for proving my point.
βWe need economic, social and policy innovation in order to scale adaptation of these technical solutions and get them into the hands of folks in the fields of small farmers on a worldwide basis. This is the promise of AIM for Climate Summit.β
That's a terrible plan for orchestrating famine. But then again, Lurch was one of the dumbest Presidential candidates.
Now, I get the inference. And that's what inferential writing and reasoning can accomplish.
But I expect more from conservative, not MSM-level distorted headlines. Unless these websites aren't on our side anymore, and have been compromised and are pushing garbage.
Thanks again. Much appreciated.
