As if things were fine until now.
Releasing the mentally ill back on to the streets or subways in this case is the same thing.
She is Sandy Cortez-Sharpton
Imagine facing a murder charge for protecting a 67 year-old woman from being punched in the face by a psycho felon.
She continues to do her special kind of damage to the Democrat brand, especially in her home state.
I hope that fine young Marine has made it to Russia to have a beer with Snowden, or Brazil, morocco, or Vietnam. Any of the non-extradition countries. Either that, or so far south and South America that everyone speaks German.
Both of them are stupid pieces of crap no matter what they say about this.
Is there anyone in New York City worth protecting?!?
They should be thanking this Marine, not condemning him. And they should be figuring out how to get these mentally ill criminals off the streets and subways.

None of that old fashioned due process.
This was a public execution, where was the outrage:
... A 23-year-old man has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with a brazen sidewalk killing of a man in St. Louis on Monday, the police said, an episode that a witness captured on video that was widely shared on social media.
Deshawn Thomas was arrested as he tried to enter a nearby library a few hours after he had fired one shot at the head of a man who was sitting on a curb in downtown St. Louis, Detective Marco Christlieb of the St. Louis Police Department said in a brief interview on Tuesday night.
The man who was fatally shot was identified in a probable cause statement as David Saldana.
“As the victim begged for his life,” the statement said, Mr. Thomas “loaded his firearm and shot him in the head.”
The shooting, which occurred around 10 a.m., shocked many people who saw the roughly 45-second video clip of the encounter online.
In that video, which Detective Christlieb confirmed shows the shooting, a man in yellow points a gun at a man sitting on a curb in the 700 block of North Tucker Boulevard.
If Bragg (who now says he's investigating the Marine) charges him, it will ruin his case against Trump, because it will expose him as the raving lunatic (like the homeless he lets out on the street) he is.
My prediction is Bragg charges him, because AOC, and all the other NYC Leftists who think identically to Bragg, are already demanding it.
To throw gas on the fire (not natural gas, I hope!), Hochul said:
Governor Kathy Hochul called the videotaped encounter “wrong” and “horrific to view," adding that Neely's “family deserves justice.” But the governor said she was watching how the matter unfolds.
“No one has the right to take the life of another person. And in this circumstance, I have said all along and have stood firm in our commitment to helping people with mental health challenges,” Hochul told reporters after a meeting with union workers in Manhattan.
She said sometimes people are loud and emotional in public, but it was “very clear” that Neely was not going to harm others and the video showed a “very extreme response.”
Given her ridiculous and UNTRUE response, this shows she has Bragg's back in letting him charge the Marine.
Bernie Gaetz 2, USMC Edition...
Well,it’s good to have a NYC Mayor who has at least a hint of decency in him. The last one had absolutely none.
AOC thinks Neely couldn’t access social services. She doesn’t get it. What he needed was a state (psychiatric) hospital. He needed to be committed, for both his own protection and for the safety of others, but state hospitals fell out of favor after “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.”
Yes. What have we come too? Weve9 come to a society where an obvious moron can be a US Representative. That’s what we’ve come to.
Never known a person having such a level of expertise on so many subjects they know nothing about . . .
The left would really love another summer of democrat-sponsored looting, arson, destruction, assault and anarchy. Will this incident be the excuse?
Or will they wait for an election year?
I would be right fine with public executions. Hanging...would be fine by me.
Put that marine in charge of security for the subway system!
