Joe Rogan’s rabid fan base soured on the Spotify star after he took a sip of Bud Light during his podcast and said the controversy surrounding Dylan Mulvaney’s partnership was much ado about nothing.
“Wonder how much Bud paid him for that,” one Twitter user commented.
Another Twitter user accused Rogan of “sitting on the fence” while he “plays it safe.” “Because cultural degradation matters but Joe has never cared about that,” another Twitter user wrote.

He calls himself a hippie druggie.
I am not surprised, but I do think this is going to sting Joe.
He (Joe) also supported Kid Rock blasting away at the bud light cans.

I've tasted Bud Light before. And I've also tasted Michelob Ultra, another AB Bev brand.
Neither one has any flavor. Michelob Ultra tastes like water.

I have a half mile of frontage on my property. Every now and then I go out there to clean up all the trash on the side of the road, mostly beer cans. By far, the literer’s choice in my redneck corner of the woods is Bud Light. Not any more, I suspect.

Joe Rogan is a "conservative" podcaster who endorsed Bernie Sanders.
It makes less sense than a Sooners fan bragging on defense.

I’ve never been a fan of any bud beer. I go for quality over quantity when it comes to beer. However, if it’s all there is at a gathering, I can add bloody mary mix to it. That’s not bad.

Michelob Ultra tastes like water.
Not quite. It tastes like SELTZER water, but with smaller bubbles.

Bud used to taste better (early '80s). A-B also ruined Rolling Rock, a reasonable lawn mowing beer, after acquisition.

His interviews are long format. By long, I mean 3 to 4+ hours long. He has a variety of guests from all over the political spectrum.
Unfortunately, he’s over on Spotify, which is a horrible platform.

Joe Rogan has taken too many shots to the head.
He should be no one's moral guide.

Joe Rogan is no conservative. I don’t think he ever claimed to be and I also don’t think anyone else thinks he is a conservative. He is some guy who is very long-winded who got started doing podcasts before everyone and their mother jumped in. Somehow he was able to get a lot of famous people to be interviewed by him which really helped make him popular. Joe got a contract with Spotify paying him way more than he is worth. It’s the same kind of deal as the Howard Sperm had with Sirius satellite radio which paid way over the actual value just to get people to tune in at the beginning.

I wanted to try Joe Rogan because of his popularity. Turned on the current podcast. Ten f-bombs in five minutes, and I thought, “Why am I subjecting myself to this?”

Agree. I like Rogan and I believe he is a very intelligent man. He leans heavily libertarian with a mix or conservative and lefty views but he seems to be straight forward and that’s what I like most about him.
I didn’t see the podcast but if Rogan did what was said, he likely did it for more publicity knowing him or maybe he genuinely likes Bud Light and doesn’t give a shit who knows it.
