It feels like Biden is doing everything possible to bleed out our readiness and ability to defend our country.

These training exercises are completely legit and everyday, as budgets allow.
In 1986 I was regular Army, attached to the Wisconsin Army National Guard and we went on a REFORGER exercise (REturn the FORces to GERmany). National Guard units have deals/compacts/treaties (?) with various countries in Europe. We’re given a window of time (sometimes only 30 days!) and we need to be packed up and ready to go and on the ground over there with manpower, equipment and weapons to show them that they are our Allies and that we CAN get to them quickly if they need our assistance.
It was a blast. A once in a lifetime experience. :)
This is nothing more than that. They’ll be bringing back all of the equipment; we’re not GIVING it to them!

It is not at all unusual. The National Guard has both state and federal obligations.
This escalation is an attempt to frighten the Russians into submission. This will clearly not work. I doubt the new resources will be of much value once this goes nuclear.
So who is Biden gonna abandon / gift these to?

Because the standing Euro-NATO war plans have included mobilising and transporting the US National Guard to Europe since the 1950s.
That was a normal training exercise for decades.

Did you think those tanks, green berets, and F-16s and A-10s were for domestic policing?
If we’re only talking National Guard, then I don’t know, maybe this was the largest (though we sent an awful lot of Guard assets over during the Gulf War and Iraq invasion). But the headline is definitely wrong. There was this little scuffle called World War II that involved a LOT more than 100 aircraft being moved to Europe from the U.S. There were single bombing raids that involved that many aircraft.
In case you have failed to notice, we are under attack, and have been, by a communist takeover of our nation.
We are under attack from within, just as though a military action took the assets out. We are frogs in the water, slowly being boiled to death by the Deep State who seek to destroy us, our unity, and our ability to resist them as they poison us, starve us, and impoverish us.
The modern day genocide does not look like the old fashioned genocide, yet it, too, relies on a pattern of disbelief.
We need to put the pieces together to see what is happening.
No wonder Russia has increased weapon and ammunition production by 5 to 8 times recently.

Because the Air National Guard has been doing it for nearly 60 years now.
Besides wartime employment, the Air Guard mission requires continuing theater familiarization training in those potential areas of future conflict.
From early April to mid June does not exactly demonstrate an ability to "quickly deploy", IMHO.
