It does seem a frivolous crime compared to what the government has done and is doing. Perhaps they’re punishing him because he didn’t give them a piece of the action.

A problem is much military equipment supplies is wasted to make the sure the years allotment of money is spent.

Boy! Classified materials? Kept in his garage? He’s really going to get in trouble now!

“...and approximately 6,000 rounds of unopened ammunition.”
In Texas you’d also get locked away...for not having sufficient ammo to defend yourself against Biden’s buddies.

Thank you. I researched and found his name and picture also. Several resources didn’t mention his name.
To: Nifster
It was (I thought) obvious sarcasm.
Sorry I didn’t tag it as such.

This is how I got selected to work in the armory when I was in Korea 1969. Two armorers from our squadron were arrested by OSI for sending home automatic sears for M-16’s. Other guys sent home all kinds of illegal stuff in their whole baggage. On the way home we stopped in Elmandorf AFB, Anchorage, AK and OSI arrested two more for smuggling drugs. It was quite common back then.
