The lawyer who represented the 'QAnon Shaman' in his trial for storming the Capitol on January 6 has said that his client has been released from prison to a halfway house.
Jacob Chansley, 35, pleaded guilty in September 2021 to civil disorder and violent entry to the Capitol, among other charges, and was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison.
In a statement to DailyMail.com on Thursday his attorney Albert S. Watkins said he had been released from prison to the custody of a halfway house.

It will never be 100% “gone” since the story about him is out in the wild. BUT - If there is a court order expunging the records from the various federal systems such as NCIC once that notification is sent then those records are purged - period! They are gone!
In some states like Texas the expunction of state held conviction records (CCH/TCIC) are deleted when the state gets a court order to expunge and even commercial entities who handle such public records are noticed and HAVE to remove the records. The commercial entities are even subject to audits under law where they have to show they removed records. If they don’t there can be consequences.
If the “Shaman’s” or any other person’s records are used post expunction to take any adverse action like not allowing employment because of the past conviction he would have a very actionable case against a third party doing so.

Agreed. The only people who should ever have been charged in connection are the ones that were clearly seen on video, breaking out glass on a door or window to gain entry. The people who walked in, thru an undamaged open door, while the police just stood there and watched Should’ve been asked to leave by police. I’m willing to bet if that had happened, they would’ve all left in a matter of a couple minutes to the nearest convenience exit.
At this point, anyone charged should get a new trial as it is clear, they withheld video evidence to the defense attorneys. Unless they can prove the forced entry by breaking windows or doors, what if you did, it is clear the police just let it happen and made no attempt to even ask people to leave.

My guess is, he'd complain if rioters stole one of his cars.
