I’ll confess to being confused. I hope the new lawyer lets us know what he did to get the ball rolling back sixteen months ago when he took on the case. He posted a link to contribute to the defense fund, saying he has taken on two more cases.
I would hope a good Conservative lawyer would volunteer to take his case.

It’s not progress. His 16 month sentence ended and this is the next step. He should have never been convicted in the first place.
He had nothing to do with it. It was the end of his 16 month sentence and this is the next step. That’s directly from his lawyer.
They won’t reverse the conviction unless and until the judgment of history is reversed.
Oh, this guy once bashed Tucker.... so many did, it was one of the sidejobs of the Left and the MSM to turn Tucker into Public Enemy Number One. From some quarters , it seemed to come from a place where they resented that he didn’t go far enough and was basically a

Some of “new” J6 videos were entered as evidence in court and on youtube but nobody bothered to show them in the media.
Our founding fathers gave us a legal system to help keep us free... let’s hope someone steps up and takes his case.
