Former President Donald Trump has taken serious heat since late last week, when he shared an article on his Truth Social account that included an image of him holding a baseball bat next to a picture of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
Yet contrary to corporate media narratives, Trump did not create the image and says he did not see a preview of the photo before he posted a link to the article.

The bizarre post led to several media outlets claiming Trump was inciting violence against Bragg, who Trump previously announced intended to indict him on a case many legal scholars, including Trump critics, say has a flimsy legal basis involving alleged hush money payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels.

I don't think it's a big deal but I marvel at the credulous people who buy the spin about Trump's innocence/ignorance.
So he’s no better or worse than any other politician in that area. It’s just the Press focuses on any little thing they can to make Trump look bad.
Can you imagine if Obama had that same level of scrutiny? Or BiteMe too, of course. You only hear the bad things about them in the “Right-Wing Media”.

Trump is the former President, the most skilled politician ever as a user of social media, the founder of Trump Media & Technology Group which manages Truth Social, and has full time social media and communication staff managing his campaign.
Trump posted a link to an article in the National File where the pictures in question were the lead.
Once he took heat the story became that despite his seeing, reading and linking to the National File article he never saw the pictures, and apparently never previewed his own Truth Social post.
Believe what you will.

Frankly, a number of tools have been released since last fall where it is simple to produce high quality images and voice productions doing and saying anything you want. There are all kinds of video-memes with Biden and Stefan Rudnicki (a voice actor), saying all kinds of things they never said. I think there is one of Matt Walsh delivering a 4-chan/redit rant which he never said that has fooled a lot of people.
In WordPress, which runs more websites than any other CMS, you can choose one image(or none) for the article as shown on the website and another just for sharing so this is a distinct possibility. Drupal and Joomla likely have the same capability. CMS = Content Management System.
