A Baltimore police officer shot and killed a man who was wielding a knife in West Baltimore on Sunday, according to Baltimore Police Department Commissioner Michael Harrison.
That man, Tyree Moorehead, was the creator of the city's "no shoot zones." As an activist, he spray-painted that message across the face of Baltimore—from block to block and from neighborhood to neighborhood.
His father, Carlton Moorehead, confirmed to WJZ that his son had been killed by an officer while in the neighborhood of Sandtown-Winchester.
Moorehead had been holding the knife while assaulting a female on the ground near the intersection of North Fulton Avenue and West Lafayette Avenue around 3:40 p.m., Harrison said.
The officer had been sent to the intersection to investigate a report of an armed person and reacted to the sight of a man holding the female at knifepoint, Harrison said. The officer shouted a warning at the man and then shot him, Harrison said.
An ambulance took Moorehead to a local hospital where he died of his injuries.

In general (I won’t say all cases), if someone says they are in a mental health situation...they tend to self-medicate themselves....thinking their treatment is better than what a clinic can give.
I give you, ivermectin and vitamin D instead of a clot shot, medical THC instead of opiates, a shot of whiskey instead of nyquil, honey/lemon tea instead of Robitussin. etc..

About 50 years ago a judge decided that it shouldn’t be so easy to institutionalize paranoid schizophrenics and state governments looking to cut costs enthusiastically jumped at the chance to close mental facilities.
Insane people used to be put into insane asylums. Then the Demonicrats let them out. Now, in addition to being shot by police or homeowners, the crazies are running for public office or being appointed as judges. Some are so crazy they don't even know what a woman is.

The officer was a hero. I saw the video and it appeared that he intended to slit her throat. Morehead was instructed to drop the knife at least three times, so his last ‘choice’ in this world was a poor one. He can explain it to the Lord in the world to come.
Let me translate that for you: A junkie looking for his next fix.

Wonder how many millions his grieving, heartbroken family will sue the police department and the city for? They’re probably dreaming of hitting the ghetto lottery.
