Former President Donald Trump has not been notified about whether charges will be filed against him by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg for his alleged role in facilitating a 2016 hush money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels, sources told The Post.
Sources also told The Post that it is still possible that Bragg decides not to indict the 76-year-old former president.
Trump could be indicted as early as Wednesday, although he is not expected to appear in court until next week, law enforcement sources told The Post on Tuesday.
According to Fox News, the Manhattan grand jury hearing evidence against the former president has another witness slated to testify on Wednesday.
It is unclear who will be testifying on Wednesday.
If an indictment is brought against Trump, Bragg’s office would call Trump’s lawyers to inform them of the grand jury’s decision, and negotiations would immediately begin for the former president’s surrender.
It is believed that Bragg is considering slapping Trump with charges related to the falsifying of business records, or bookkeeping fraud, over the $130,000 in hush money allegedly paid to Daniels by Trump’s former fixer Michael Cohen to cover up an alleged 2006 affair between the real estate mogul and the porn star.
Trump may also be hit with campaign finance related charges because of the alleged hush money payment.
The former president could face up to four years in prison if convicted of the reported “low-level felony’’ charges Bragg is believed to be considering bringing.

Which means 2016 + 5 years = 2021. F*ck off Alvin.
Braggy-Poo is under serious scrutiny and is in deep kimchi as I have been saying! He must report to Congress by this Thursday. That means he must cease and desist all activity to face Congressional scrutiny as he is no doubt under subpoena. He can get arrested himself and legally too for non-compliance. His office is also in an uproar and you can bet that there are whistleblowers. 🤨⚖️

Trump pays a possible mistress to keep quiet which is not a crime and all hell breaks loose years after the public knew about her claims. The public didn’t care and elected him potus. We’re now seven years down the road. Feds didn’t care. FEC didn’t care. It’s a circus.
Need other things to talk about besides Trump indictments and rumors of indictments.
Because all of Congress, and the Government, and former presidents and Ocounterfeit “president”, would be up for their own arraignments next.

If we keep doing it they are forced to think twice about just how stupid they want to appear in a race where they have no candidate to run against a popular President.
That’s always been my big question. Who is creating the new statue of limitations? The left is lawless. But, stupid and lawless is a bad situation even for them.
If all this BS has been little more than a diversion look for something even bigger to take it’s place if they don’t indict.
