Russia's metropolitan elites have avoided the impact of heavy battlefield casualties that the country's forces are sustaining in Ukraine, according to a new defense intelligence assessment.
Russia's elite, particularly in the major cities of Moscow and St. Petersburg, have so far emerged "relatively unscathed" from the "extremely heavy casualties" being racked up in the ongoing Ukraine war, the British defense ministry said on Sunday.
In the eastern regions of Russia, the death toll for Russian troops is likely more than 30 times higher than in Moscow, as a percentage of population, the ministry wrote in its daily update on Twitter. "Ethnic minorities take the biggest hit" in some regions, the government department added.

Took a few months, but it sounds like the Western Media has finally come up with some response to the famous MONACO BRIGADE, which are a large bunch of rich Ukrainian male hipsters riding out the war with their Bentley’s, Beamers, and Porches (with Ukrainian license plates) - as opposed to the not-so-fortunate Ukrainian men who were not able to make it out Ukraine, dying in the muddy trenches of Bakhmut (thanks to the Neocons ordering them to stay put), as shown in this excellent video:

The FSB, all the security agencies and the police officers are not going to have their sons fight in Ukraine. Putin is not going to mobilize from the elite unless he wants to lose power. Which is a no-go. So once the Russian military gets depleted, they will be on the defensive for the rest of the war.
