We can safely say the only country outside suspicion is Russia.

The prime suspects being Poland, Ukraine and the USA.

It was a major Act of War against Germany and Russia. Either would be justified in punishing strikes against the culprit.

We need more Oliver Alexanders investigating and reporting; fewer AP mouthpieces.

“Nord Stream mystery: the tanker Minerva Julie spent 7 days idling near the attack site”

Likely waiting to unload its oil, or waiting for its next assignment.

I guess the Gilligan’s Island story is starting to sink. Maybe it’s because the yacht on Gilligan’s Island had 7 people on it, while this story claimed only 6 people.

We can safely say the only country outside suspicion is Russia.

Actually you can't say that. For certain Russian entities facing contractual penalties for withholding gas supplies having an external event potentially saved them billions of dollars.

It’s truly astonishing that both Biden and Nuland stated that if Russia invaded Ukraine, that “we would put an end to [the pipeline]”. And yet now it’s a ‘conspiracy theory’ that the US could possibly have done it.

Russia is not outside suspicion. They less likely to have done it, that’s all.

And this ship went to Russia after hanging out around the pipelines?

Russia is now an active suspect.

It is not unusal for tankers and freighters to steam around an area for a few days even a week or longer while waiting to dock at a berth for loading and/or unloading.

There is only two suspects — us and Norway. Seymour Hersh solved the case.

“… The Julie’s owners told Insider that the tanker had stopped “while awaiting her next voyage instructions…”
*************************************************************

Which is what seagoing commercial vessels do…most ESPECIALLY TANKERS DURING AN OIL EMBARGO.

Business Insider? They’re blowing smoke to distract….IMHO.

It was a major Act of War against Germany and Russia.

We would not have done it without German approval. I am sure we agreed in advance to rebuild it at taxpayer expense once all this gets sorted out.

“We can safely say the only country outside suspicion is Russia.”

Putin has his enemies defenestrated or poisoned. This mentality means Russia might have blown up Nord Stream pipelines. Russia does not own NordStream. Russia is a part owner along with Germany and others. Some private companies too.

Russia blowing up Nord Stream goes along with the cold European winter they were hoping for. Putin’s TV and media clowns and stooges were always laughing about Europeans freezing last winter.

What we believe individually regarding who destroyed the pipeline makes little difference. What makes a difference is who Putin believes destroyed the pipeline.

Its not like the pipelines paths were not mapped to a few inches by any government who wanted to know. Russia had its own reasons and means to take out the pipelines if Putin wanted. Russia was in the hole for billions in unpaied loans and lost future revenue, fines and reparations for the invasion, and has lots of specialized submarines for this kind of work.
